Dr. Granville Brady, Jr., has over 40 years experience helping people with hearing and communication disorders. He earned Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Montclair State University. He was awarded a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from Arizona School of Health Sciences, a division of the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He earned Certificates of Clinical Competence (CCC) both in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Of the 173,000 ASHA certified members, Dr. Brady is one of less than 1% to hold dual certification. Dual Board Certification makes him uniquely qualified to diagnose and manage all aspects of communication disorders related to hearing. Patients with developmental disabilities, cognitive issues related to Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, aphasia and physical disabilities are treated at Dr. Brady’s office. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and the Academy of Doctors of Audiology.

Dr. Brady was appointed by NJ governors to sit on the Hearing Aid Dispensers Examining Committee and the Audiology and Speech Language Pathology Advisory Committee that governs licensure of hearing aid dispensers and speech and hearing professionals.

Carol Lynn Brady

Carol Lynn Brady is Granville Brady’s wife and partner. Along with her valuable experience as office manager and insurance reimbursement coordinator, Carol has been a board certified (NBC-HIS) hearing instruments specialist over 20 years. Carol brings a unique perspective to her practice since she herself is a late deafened adult with both parents having a significant hearing loss. Carol learned firsthand the effect a severe hearing loss has socially and professionally. She is able to transfer her skill as a counselor to help others cope with a hearing loss.

Carol is active in many community affairs as former president of her library board and as treasurer of the NJ Association of Hearing Health Professionals. She earned an associate degree in business administration with Honors from Raritan Valley Community College.

Practice Field Coordinator

Matthew Dolan is the practice field coordinator. A graduate of Rutgers University and a US Navy veteran, Matt specializes in informing physicians and health professionals about audiology and hearing aid services.

Patient Care Coordinators

A retired county court administrator, Elaine works with social service agencies to coordinate appointments, prepare patient’s intake, and greet patients and make telephone appointments.
Zenaida Carrero

Zenaida (Z), is our Spanish speaking patient coordinator in the Clifton office. With Spanish as the second most spoken language, Z is kept very busy scheduling cases, helping them complete intake forms and translating instructions for Dr. Brady.
